Curator-Led Tour of Introducing Tony Conrad: A Retrospective
ICA Philadelphia
Wednesday, April 10, 2019
6–7PM
Join ICA’s Daniel and Brett Sundheim Chief Curator, Anthony Elms on a public tour of his exhibition Introducing Tony Conrad: A Retrospective. ICA’s Curator-Led Tours offer a unique opportunity to learn about our current exhibitions from the curators themselves. These tours cover the overarching themes and broader contexts of the exhibitions, highlight key works, and give insight into the curatorial process.
Introducing Tony Conrad: A Retrospective is organized by the Albright-Knox Art Gallery with the support of the University at Buffalo Art Galleries. Its presentation in Buffalo was organized by Chief Curator Cathleen Chaffee, Albright-Knox Art Gallery, and Senior Curator Rachel Adams, University at Buffalo Art Galleries, with Assistant Curator Tina Rivers Ryan, Albright-Knox Art Gallery. Organized at ICA by Daniel and Brett Sundheim Chief Curator Anthony Elms.
Space is limited for this program. Please arrive early, as admittance to the tour will be first-come, first-served. Registration on Eventbrite facilitates the check-in process but does not guarantee entrance.
Programming at ICA has been made possible in part by the Emily and Jerry Spiegel Fund to Support Contemporary Culture and Visual Arts and the Lise Spiegel Wilks and Jeffrey Wilks Family Foundation, and by Hilarie L. & Mitchell Morgan.
